• Has set up a special control agency since 1995, which operates independently from the sales system, which carries out sample checks in order to ensure proper customer service;
• Manages the fleet of its tanker trucks using special GPS and fuel level gauges through which the company can monitor the routes of its vehicles and the fuel quantities that are delivered;
• Provides consumers with valuable tips on how to carry out the heating diesel receipt/ delivery procedure in order to protect themselves from any defective deliveries which are, unfortunately, common in the Greek market
