In accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, ELINOIL S.A hereby announces the following transactions: 1) Ms. Eleftheria Karnessis, Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, pursuant to her notification to the Company dated 30 October 2025, has proceeded with the purchase of 204.225 common registered shares of ELINOIL SA, with a total value of 612.675 euros, 2) Ms. Angelique Karnessis, Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, pursuant to her notification to the Company dated 30 October 2025, has proceeded with the purchase of 204.225 common registered shares of ELINOIL SA, with a total value of 612.675 euros.
